Very impressed with the features and options. Some of it takes a bit of figuring out, but I like how they make the codes easy to paste and link into the liquid files. Looks nice on the site. Some things I would like to tweek more, but don't know how to change the code. Overall, very impressed and highly recommend!

I wanted to change the local language wording of the review collection page as it was automatically translated from English in a very awkward way, that would put off a potential local reviewer. I was informed by Support that this is not possible and the best they could offer was that they create a ticket and forward it to the product team as a feedback so they can consider this in future updates. It is difficult to understand why such a simple translation issue cannot be fixed right away.
