Super customisable across your desired user experience; I have been pleasantly surprised. Tech support are fantastic and so responsive. It's like having your own developer at your fingertips. I rely on them, as I get so stuck with Shopify apps. The app needs more fool proofing though— alerts / warnings—to avoid unconscious "errors" i.e. removing review collection widgets.

Easy setup, have just changed from another platform, i love how you can really customise the app and how well it displays on our store. They were really helpful in getting setup and importing my reviews from our other platform.

Import was pretty straight forward. Set up was really frustrating because our theme has a weird set up of code. Spent hours trying to find sections. So, i reached out for support. Within an hour, the team had everything set up perfectly. A little back and forth as I was fussy where I wanted the widgets to display. BUT, it looks great and they stuck with me until I was happy with everything. Fantastic support. Works well.
