The service was very prompt and staff was helpful. I like that they have a live chat feature supported by their staff who are very well trained. I just installed the app and had no idea how to set up. I was served by Hana and she was very helpful in guiding me and also helped to set it up each step of the way. I'm grateful for the assistance as it would've taken me several days to figure things out. Great job!

He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. EU merchants be beware: this app does not offer a downloadable or signable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Under GDPR, a signed DPA is legally required when personal data is processed on your behalf. Without it, you’re not compliant. Until this is fixed, this app is not safe to use for EU businesses.

The app has pretty much all features that are needed for a rewards app. Prices are reasonable and Hana from the support team was very efficient and helpful.

Have had a great experience with the app so far, huge shoutout to Elle and Sonny specifically who have provided amazing customer service and have been able to assist me with a number of questions and concerns I've had. The app itself is really quite good and we've been enjoying our trial of the Professional plan at this stage. But even the Free plan has some very generous features most other apps would expect you to pay for.

so far so good. Easy set up yet the end customer gets a detailed well thought of program. Had a few questions and Hana assisted me through them all. She was quick to reply and very helpful.
