I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 15 Mar and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered. Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month! That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site. I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features) Truly disappointed.

I've been using the app for about 2 years now and my customers love th loyalty and referral program : transparent and easy to use. I also use the review feature and I've been able to collect a lot of them easily. I would definitely recommend Growave as your go to loyalty app

Really proffesional team behind the app. Functionality is awesome, updates are constant, guys are keeping up with the trends. I sincerely recommend this app to everyone who want to take their stores to the next level. That's easy with this app.

Been with Growave for a while, over a year now. Everything has been good. Email yesterday stating new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 3/15 and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered, the $9 sub is now a $49 monthly sub. As a small business owner I can't eat that monthly price increase for essentially the same product. I used the Loyalty/Rewards and Reviews portion and once I got it all ironed out it seemed to work good. and my customers liked it. Not anymore! I give 3 stars cause the tech worked, it was reliable, but the end results of no options to continue for small business I leave 3 Stars. Good luck!

Running a business is hard work and we need an app that will deliver - both in terms of functionality and with a support team. We have found both in Growave. They are not the cheapest on the market but we have learned that you get what you pay for so we do not mind the cost of support when we need it in an app that works great and can help to generate more sales. First of all, the app itself seems great. We haven't launched it yet and are still setting up our program. However, this app does not have a "setup" mode. There is a big banner on multiple pages that says, "Action required - Growave is not activated." One would interpret this to mean that it's safe to set the app up and play with settings to see what works best for our shop. Nope. Everything is live immediately. Growave emailed several customers that they earned points in a rewards system we haven't launched, and it requested reviews from people without permission, too. We're not even sure we want to use the reviews feature. I was mortified and had to have Growave customer service send me .csv files of those contacted (because I couldn't even find WHO got emails). It was pure luck I discovered people had been contacted at all. This is an embarrassingly huge flaw. I tested other apps before testing Growave, and those apps didn't reach out to customers without giving me a head's up, notification, or some sort of permission wall. If there are settings in the backend that trigger communications, those need to be CLEARLY labeled. Because if "Growave isn't activated" doesn't actually mean "Growave isn't activated," then there is literally no way to know the customer-facing implications of simply creating a reward system framework.

Growave's customer service is enough to make the app worth it without all of the awesome features of the app itself. They truly care about their clients which is invaluable. I'm looking forward to watching it all in action!

A great app, and a great support team. We've used the application since we opened our physical and virtual doors. Seamless integration with our POS, and regular updates to the application included in the monthly fee. Whenever I've needed support of migration support, it's been quick and carried out well. Can't fault the app or the team!

Love using Growave, very user friendly. Customer service is top notch. The few times I have had to reach out, they respond that same day and have always been able to assist me. As a business owner, we need prompt responses.

I've been using Growave for years to offer customers the ability to add photos to their reviews and for the loyalty program so they can earn points on purchases. I love the Wishlist feature too! It's easy to customize the widgets to be on-brand, and the team has been super helpful to even further customize my widgets! I've never had any issues with Growave messing up my store code and the widgets load quickly so as not to slow down the user experience. Over the years I've let go of many apps but never this one :)
