I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 15 Mar and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered. Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month! That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site. I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features) Truly disappointed.

Challenging Integration and Unresponsive Support I found the Growave app extremely difficult to integrate into my Shopify store. The support team is unhelpful and requires constant prompting to provide any assistance. Their indifferent attitude persists even if you’re subscribed to the $150/month plan. I wouldn’t recommend this app due to its cumbersome integration process and lack of effective customer support. Very disappointing experience.

The "buy now button" on my store's product page was not loading properly. Upon investigating I was able to identify custom code changes in the product-template.liquid file as the cause for this behaviour. There is some residual code from the app [Growave: Loyalty and Wishlist] which interferes wuth the product-form - so the buttons. This app's developers have no responsibility and leave bugs in theme that interfere with other buttons. I don't think they did this on purpose, but it leaves room for improvement.

I uninstalled the app and they still charged me and I haven't been able to get in touch with someone to give me back the yearly fee. I stopped using the app and went to Loox because its more user friendly

I removed my review, but I am putting it back again. This app support is the worst you can even get. They will play with your website like a toy. The rewards feature does not work on phone resolution. Be careful, these reviews are all fake as the app is buggy to the max.
