J'utilise Growave depuis maintenant plusieurs mois pour ma boutique en ligne, d'abors en Plan Free , puis Entry , je songe maintenant à passer au plan " Growth" , j'en suis très satisfaite, l'application est facile d'utilisation, très complète : j'apprécie beaucoup le fait qu'il y ai la liste d'envie ! Le gros + est la réactivité du service client ( moins d'une heure de délai un dimanche à 21 h ), les réponses apportées à mes questions sont plus que satisfaisante , je recommande +++++ Growave !

Literally the best loyalty app ever for Shopify. Has everything you need.. - Points & redemption - customer QR code + loyalty integrated to accounts - wishlist with back in stock and sale notifications - product reviews! Connecting Growave to Klaviyo(mailchimp alternative) and it's smooth sailing from there. Eldar and his team will also give you the time of day unlike other developers when it comes to support. You guys have a life long customer!~

We wanted a simple Rewards app and ended up with a polished solution that offers so much more. Features like Reviews (with the ability to add photos), Wishlist (with optional notifications for out-of-stock products), POS integration (crucial for those with a physical presence), and a nifty Instagram widget (to display and tag content) exceeded our expectations. The core Rewards system has everything we need: rewards for orders, signups, referrals, and an optional VIP tier system. Beyond the features, the ease of use is remarkable. No complex setup is required, the widgets are simple to configure, and everything looks great right out of the box. We’ve been with them for over three years, and from an admin perspective, it’s incredibly low-maintenance and works beautifully. A special shoutout to Kani from the support team for assisting us with migrating to a new version—prompt, caring, and truly making me feel like a VIP customer. Thank you!

I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 15 Mar and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered. Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month! That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site. I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features) Truly disappointed. --------- UPDATE: Binazir from Growave reached out to us and helped us to transition smoothly to the new version 2.0 upgrade. We are thankful for her responsive reply and ensuring everything is working accordingly.

UPDATE: The Growave Team has been amazing to help rectify this and assist with all setup. They've gone above and beyond to rebuild goodwill and create smooth systems going forward. So appreciated! _____________ First of all, the app itself seems great. We haven't launched it yet and are still setting up our program. However, this app does not have a "setup" mode. There is a big banner on multiple pages that says, "Action required - Growave is not activated." One would interpret this to mean that it's safe to set the app up and play with settings to see what works best for our shop. Nope. Everything is live immediately. Growave emailed several customers that they earned points in a rewards system we haven't launched, and it requested reviews from people without permission, too. We're not even sure we want to use the reviews feature. I was mortified and had to have Growave customer service send me .csv files of those contacted (because I couldn't even find WHO got emails). It was pure luck I discovered people had been contacted at all. This is an embarrassingly huge flaw. I tested other apps before testing Growave, and those apps didn't reach out to customers without giving me a head's up, notification, or some sort of permission wall. If there are settings in the backend that trigger communications, those need to be CLEARLY labeled. Because if "Growave isn't activated" doesn't actually mean "Growave isn't activated," then there is literally no way to know the customer-facing implications of simply creating a reward system framework.
