My first interaction was amazing, we resolved all, but one issue and I was informed I would receive an email once the final issue was resolved. This is amazing customer service, and I truly appreciate my support representative for their time and expertise.

I was stuck with some SEO fixes and Liam in their support team was able to fix the issue quickly and forward on some bigger tasks to the IT team. App is very good, would recommend!

I've been using a different SEO app since 2018 but decided to try this one because of its positive reviews. After downloading it, I had a question and reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and lacked knowledge about the app. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. I was planning to switch from my current app to this one, but since I couldn’t get the answers I needed, I won't use it.

I just installed the app and got quick support from Liam. It was a great experience, will continue to use the app and possibly upgrade to paid features. However, SEO will take time to see real results and I will come back with an update after a few months. For now I think it's a great app.
