I installed Tapita tonight after struggling to find a user-friendly, Shopify-ready app to improve my store's SEO footprint. It had good reviews already, so I tried it on the free plan. The app is easy to use, and I enjoyed it straight away. But then I got into a chat with Liam from the support team, and I have not experienced such top-notch customer service like his for a VERY long time. All companies are trying to shortcut on service and cut corners. Liam went above and beyond to help me audit my Google rankings, Analytics, Images and page load speed. All as a free plan user.
