After trying out soooo many SEO apps I landed on Tapita. Omg what a game changer! All the crap and time waste with the others' when Tapita was the IT app along. Liam was fantastic. He offered his assistance to bette the SEO on my store, I didn't even have to ask. He kept checking in and he was extremely polite and EXTREMELY helpful. This app is IT! Don't waste your time with the others'. Save yourself the headache and hassle. I am sure glad I did.

This 1-star review isn’t even about Tapita’s coding ability. When they actually get on a task, they’re good. The 1-star is because when something critical breaks and you’re losing sales in real time, they become impossible to reach in any meaningful way. Their live chat team’s response was basically: “Sorry, I’m trying to find someone,” and that’s where it ends — no ETA, no escalation, no person accountable, no emergency process. Just a dead end while your business bleeds. If you’re charging businesses hundreds of dollars for ongoing maintenance, you need an on-call rotation for emergencies. “We only operate during business hours” is not an acceptable answer when the issue is a broken order submission/checkout flow. When shit hits the fan, they’re nowhere to be found. That’s the problem.
