A recent UI update to the dashboard has meant we no longer see the percentage split between accepted, declined and partial accepted sessions for a time period. We tracked this internally to ensure good performance of our banner and now this feature has been mysteriously removed and replaced with something far less useful without warning, we now have no access to this data. I have raised this with support and I've been told 'yeh, the dashboard has been changed' - no explanation of the UI downgrade and they confirmed this info is now not available. Super frustrating and I've now no choice but to look at other options.
