Flow ist eine große Hilfe um Dinge einzurichten, die sonst kostenpflichtige Apps erledigt haben. Zum Beispiel Tags für bestimmte Bestellungsbedingungen hinzuzufügen, Kundensegmente zu pflegen oder auch Betrugsmaschen zu blockieren. Wahrscheinlich eine der besten Apps, die Shopify selbst herausgebracht hat und hoffentlich noch mit Potential für weitere Funktionen in der Zukunft.

I am still learning the "tech" side and the workflow assistant was incredibly helpful and easy to follow. It worked out the kinks quickly and helped me navigate issues.

Very difficult to use. Conditions are not easy to understand. AI could certainly help if it could create full flow following our requests / description. Also not being able to edit an existing flow by adding condition in teh middle of a flow is really not handy (you may add a new condition, but you can't link it to the rest of the flow / you must recreate all the flow from scratch)

It's improving all the time and I'm sure it will become more intuitive for users not familiar with liquid

the automations for the shop are amazing. you're always being told what went wrong and you're being send to where it went wrong. its user friendly

The AI helper got caught in a bit of a loop, but we figured it out and still was faster than me working alone. Thanks!

The directions to install this Workflow within the Shopify Help Center need some additional steps to be included.

I would like to see no padding or space between blocks and the ability to have a ful width image with text and a button over the image. This app is great, and hopefully it becomes even better.

The Flow is awesome for automation and saves so much repeated work! It would be even better if "Update" could be used as a trigger under certain conditions.

the sidekick integration is a game changer, flows have saved us probably 30 or more hours this month!

the "set to active" steps with the Shopify Messenger app are a bit scary and confusing. it's hard to tell what is going to be triggered by an automation vs. what might trigger a full campaign blast. a few extra assurances and messages would make me much more of a fan. i think every marketer is terrified of accidentally triggering a blast when activating emails and templates. otherwise, loving it!

Unnecessarily complicated. Had to use ChatGPT to set up a second workflow without the new segment receiving the wrong emails. Stressful and so much hassle.

I love the flexibility this app ads to shopify as a whole, as there is so many things you can automate that will make your business better every day

5 stars simply because of ease of use and integration, however I think that you should ask me to rate the app and describe it after my workflow has been enabled and running. It is hard for me to gauge the ability of this app considering I just set-up our first workflow.

So great after combining with Sidekick, it just complete something I would not know how to achieve, this make shopify much superior

So far so good. I can't wait to see how well it works because creating was a breeze! So much easier than MailChimp!
