Ria was very helpful. I wish they provided exit intent for mobile users but regardless Ria was able to answer any questions I had very very quickly.

Easy to use, but it glitched out and wasn't working. Went back in to turn it on and for some reason led to me to edit the popup. Didn't even make any edits to the popup after seeing all I had to do was turn it on, but defaulted back to 10% when I had previously set it up as 5%??? Lost hundreds of dollars on our launch day because of this.

Set up is easy, the UI is customizable, and the app works exceptionally well. Plus, when you need support, their team is prompt and effective. LOVE IT!

The APP is useless in the EU, because it doesnt support OPT-IN. Not the Shopify standard on and with FLOW its not possible to add a LINK in the EMail for OPT IN Date documentation. Please integrate that soon!

Awesome app for growing your email list. I had tried other methods and they didn't show an uplift that was worth having on the site. This app is beautiful and easy to use, and shows it's value immediately. My email list is climbing!
