Die App ist sehr gut durchdacht und zuverlässig im täglichen Einsatz. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die zahlreichen und gut erklärten Videoanleitungen, unter anderem auf YouTube. Man merkt deutlich, dass hier viel Arbeit in die Dokumentation und Verständlichkeit investiert wurde. Die Preis Leistung ist sehr gut und für den gebotenen Funktionsumfang absolut angemessen. Positiv ist außerdem, dass neue Funktionen und Änderungen regelmäßig umgesetzt und jeweils mit neuen Videos erklärt werden. Super praktische App. Könnte mir den Ablauf ohne easyDHL gar nicht mehr vorstellen. Auch der Support und das Team sind immer offen für Verbesserungen und arbeiten stetig an neuen Funktionen und Updates. Wenn man doch mal ne Frage hat, bekommt man sie innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet.

Erst war alles kostenlos, jetzt muss man für einfachste Einstellungen 20€ im Monat zahlen? Irgendwann ist auch genug.

Die App ist super, sie macht was sie soll, ohne zu zicken. Beim Umstieg von DHL Paket auf DHL Kleinpaket musste ich die App neu installieren, was ja aber kein Aufwand ist. Ich bleibe bei der App und nutze sie täglich mit Freude.

Die App macht genau das, was man von Ihr erwartet. allerdings finde ich den Einstiegspreis für 25€ ein wenig hoch gesetzt. Eine günstigere Einstiegsvariante würde ich sehr bevorzugen.

Sehr gute App die einem das Erstellen von Labels super erleichtert. Deutschsprachiger Support mit sehr schnelle und zielführenden Antworten. Eine echte Empfehlung

Kann den Bewertungen nicht zustimmen. Meine Erfahrungen 1. Bestellungen wurden teilweise nicht als ausgeführt markiert. 2. CSV export der Rechnungen nicht möglich 3. Ein Export für benutzerdefinierte Zeiträume nicht möglich 4. Anzeige von Lagerplätzen nicht möglich. Fazit: Vielleicht etwas für ganz kleine Shops Es funktioniert aber für 25€/Monat kann man auch gleich Sendcloud nutzen

Sehr nützliches Tool zur Unterstützung bei der Versandabwicklung. Eine angenehme Benutzeroberfläche und smoothe Integration in das Shopify Design. Die Möglichkeiten der Konfiguration sind vielfältig. Sogar Rechnungsdruck wird angeboten.
