Customer service goes out of there way to help me find solutions for my problem. Great app, does what it needs to do, just a small learning curve which is easily memorable after a few settings done.

I had an issue with my custom text fields not working properly with my bundle discounts. The discount would only apply when the fields were left empty—making it a major problem for my customers. UPDATED REVIEW Since my initial review I have had a poor experience with the Easify app. After weeks of troubleshooting a basic function of the app, having my case passed around 3 or 4 agents, the dev team has given up trying to solve my issue (when an add-on was deleted from the cart, its monetary value stayed behind in the cart, creating an incorrect and misleading total). Unfortunately, after much work has already taken place, I have deleted the app before I was ever able to make it live and requested a refund. I gave the dev team as much time (weeks) and support as I could, but ultimately the app doesn't seem ready for all customers if it can't perform a basic function like being able to delete add-ons from the cart without issue. Support team tried their best, but their devs let them down.

Total Game changer for us. Awesome support we had a small issue setting it up but their tech support fixed the issue within hours. This has to be the most comprehensive set of tools for product customization in the market. So very simple and yet so powerful

I'm still working on implementation so will update this review once I am fully done, but so far my experience with Easify has been excellent. The app is pretty intuitive and most importantly the user experience the people who go to my shop is going to be really good...both on desktop and on mobile. Easify customer support has been responsive. I've been working with Charles on some of the more complex questions and he's a rock star. This app is definitely worth consideration if you're looking to allow product customization.

I have just started using Easify to switch from another product personalizer app that I have used for years. So far I'm really impressed. They've been so helpful in answering my questions and setting things up. It's easier to make changes and has a better user interface than the other personalizing app I had before. I also like how they take suggestions for new features and highlight what they already have planned.

The team at Easify have been magnificent. I wanted some changes and modification of their app to help it sit well with the theme I used. They obliged with no questions asked and made code changes to suit. Awesome!

Great app for the product variation setup and easy to understand and setup in store, and the support is very quick, and they are always more than happy to help. The help from Violette and Ane and the development team was amazing and speedy, and they always kept in contact.
