Really happy with the customer support from Easify Custom Product Options. I had an issue with slow response time when using the configurator, and their team quickly helped me resolve it. This app is so awesome. We where using a different product option app and ran across this app. It comes with so many options and also has Product Preview! The way the app was created, you can add product Preview to any option set you already created. You don't need to create from scratch. We had a minor problem with the Product preview and jumped on the chat with Anne. She helped me with problem and even escalated it to DEV, problem fix asap. Would recommend this app!!
