I actually LOVE THIS APP! The customer service reps are extremely helpful and will assist you by adding the discounts to your website, which makes it very easy to apply your sales. This app has also increased my sales volume and in which customers are buying more products during checkout. Thank you so much, im glad i decided to keep this app!

We have been searching for an App that gives us the flexibility and control to run our sales campaigns as the standard settings in Shopify were a bit limited. 100% would recommend this app. The tech team were amazing and contacted us immediately after we encountered an issue, then stayed with us in real time throughout the whole process. This app is a major bonus for our store. We are able to stay competitive on pricing without having to jump through hoops. The app is super easy to set up and manage. If you run into a snag, customer service is AMAZING! They are very fast to respond, know their product inside and out, and accept recomendations as to how to (possibly) improve this great app. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store (so, everyone!). I don't know what we would do with out it!

Discounty has been the most complete, most feature-rich discount app we have used, and we have used several. I would highly recommend this app for stores that utilize automatic volume-based discounting. Their support team is very quick to respond, and they were able to add a special feature for us and even squashed a bug quickly that was affecting our theme.

I've been using the Discounty app on my Shopify store, and so far, it's been an excellent tool for offering discounts to customers. It's super easy to set up and use, and I was able to launch discount campaigns quickly. Special thanks to Dela from the support team for providing excellent assistance when I had questions — very responsive and helpful! One area in which I'd love to see improvement is the design customization options. While the functionality is solid, having more flexibility to customize the look and feel of the discount banners or pop-ups would be a fantastic addition. Overall, it is an excellent app for anyone looking to manage discounts on their store efficiently. It just needs a bit more on the design front to make it perfect!

I have just installed Discounty and set up my first product discounts. Since I haven't used Discounty for long, this review is focused on the outstanding support I received during the process of setting up my first product discount with the app. I have many years of experience and am fairly tech-savvy, so my comments are colored by both my customer experience and my knowledge of the work that the support tech was actually doing on my behalf. I needed to display a discount table on the product page and I wasn't happy with the initial formatting, probably due to my theme. I also had other questions, so I contacted support via the chat and received a response from Dela within minutes - on a Saturday afternoon. She stayed with the chat, modified the app to my satisfaction, and answered all of my questions to the point that my first product discount table was at 100% of where I wanted it to be within hours of installation. I cannot express how impressed I am with the support I received. These folks have earned my respect and my business. Now I only have to cross my fingers and hope the app functions as well as the support! Having said all of the above, I have one minor disappointment/suggestion about the app - for my discount tables, I need to display a qty purchased and a corresponding discounted price rather than a percentage discount. Discounty does this and it looks good, but I have to enter those price numbers in the campaign tiers. I would prefer to calculate these discounted prices using a percentage off method to arrive at a price, in order to automate the update process. It's certainly not a dealbreaker, but would be nice. In summary, 5 stars and keep up the outstanding work. I'm on board.
