Not only a great product but incredible customer support. I had some initial issues from not knowing how to input license keys and I was assisted quickly and effectively.

Absolutely amazing, i was so lost in regards to the Digital Marketing world, but Leo came to the rescue! The only Digital App that i could easily have access to chat for support which was instant help and guidance. Leo had a kind approach and patience till we reached the outcome i wished for. He spent alot of time with me, and i had to screenshot back and forth till i was guided step-by-step by him. His support has truly made me excited to finish of the project in mind, as life is alot easier when you know you'll get the support needed if you'll get stuck! Thank you Leo a million! Customer service is fast and friendly. While I've had very few issues (mostly my error) they are super quick to reply and walk me through the issue/resolution.

Theo helped me today, very quick and helpful responses, my customers and I love the app! It's easy to use/ setup and the emails with the files are sent quickly.

Still testing this app out, but what stands out to me is that it's the only Shopify digital products app that lets me create a new digital product from within its UI, versus having to head over to the default Shopify "Products" section to do it, then heading back to upload and attach some file to a product I created elsewhere. That attention to detail differentiates it from some of the other apps in the space, and the process of creating digital products feels more natural and logical to me. It's probably harder to program an app that does that, but it's a lot easier for me as a customer. If the team that built this does that right, they probably do other things right.

I love this app already, I was having a problem with not being able to send different files for different variants under 1 product, but this app makes this easy. I spoke to Leo through the app chat who was helpful with answering the few questions I did have - when I was having a blonde moment. Would recommend.

I downloaded this app after trying a few others and I have found it to be the best for my digital art store. It has everything I need and being able to upload several files for one product is great. This application is easy to use. Multiple options to modify according to the user's desire. The package prices are very reasonable. It does not cause slowness in the site.

Time is a higher priority to me than money so anything that will save me time is a lifesaver as an entrepreneur. This app is just what I was looking for when I needed a solution to deliver my digital products in multiple formats. Easy to set up, easy to navigate, easy to use. Definitely a must-have app!

Hands down the best key and file sender in the market. It sure needs a few features in it so it can be perfect, like making keys available again if the order was not paid/expired, and also the integration with the amazing new shopify account pages. But hey, their support is stellar with Leo and Mateo always helping me out and being so friendly. I have no regrets at all. Go for it.
