A great app! I had a really hard time deciding which digital downloads app to use for my business and tried many. When I stumbled upon this app, I found it the simplest and most intuitive to use. It also has a very smooth delivery experience (right after checkout and email). To top it all, the founder and customer support helped me setup with everything I needed very quickly! I really recommend this app.

Mateo was very warm and helpful. I'd had a long day and just jumped on to see what else I needed to do before uploading my digital content. I had a question and Mateo answered it, offering encouragement at the end. The app is easy to use for the most part. I am not tech-savvy. The parts that I am not to sure about, I'll figure out in time. For now, what I know will help me with what I need to do.

A definite 5 Star app, absolutely happy when mind melts down and customer service jumps in to correct the situation. If your disappointed about this app have patience you may be in mind melt down.

I love this app! It is super simple to navigate for a non-tech person like myself. It is super easy to upload digital files to my Shopify store and customize the emails sent to my customers upon purchasing from my store. The chat support is super helpful. Theo was able to answer all of my questions and verify my store quickly and was friendly and upbeat.

MATEO was amazing. He fixed the issue I caused myself, go away quickly. Now my customers have your digital products and I am happy happy happy. I will def keep this app! Customer service didn't take long at all!

I am writing this review early as I have had an extremely pleasurable experience so far. From the moment I installed the app to this very moment. Everything has been seamless. I contacted their customer support to get my store verified. I was met with the most polite and helpful assistant Theo. I can highly recommend this app just on customer service alone. I am currently in the process of uploading multiple file types to one product which I was unable to do with the previous app I was using.

So simple to operate, download and the whole customer experience is effective and professional. Leo, the developer is also prompt and professional. Beyond satisfied with this app.
