I wish there was a way I could tie all of the products in my sets to actual products but make rules for discounts. There are no discount rules.

Not without its glitches, but if you have conditional questions, customization questions or a ton of options for your products then this is a great tool. Customer service is AMAZING and the app is improving all the time.

I like it. It is easy to add new items and I add swatches of pictures of my items. I have over 100 variants. Very helpful!

Consistent, useful app, but we *desperately* need it to be compatible with Buy It Now functionality. This needs to be addressed and a solution found with Shopify urgently.

I removed this app from my website & cancelled the subscription & they are STILL taking payments!!... it's a nightmare.

it's fine. it works well. support is attentive, but can offer no fixes or solutions if you need tweaks or workarounds. i'm sure most of these unlimited variant option apps suffer from the same issues that make them more difficult to use... there is absolutely no reporting available for them - so if you need to see how many of a specific variant sold, you can't.

The options and operating rules aren't clear, so it's a matter of trial and error. Often, the options don't appear in the frontend. In this case, the structure must be deleted and redone. I asked for a fix for a product that offers different sizes and different yarns for each size, and even after the third request, the problem persists. Maybe we don't understand each other? Frustrating.

It's the best options app I've ever used. I also love that if I have an issue, it's resolved immediately with live chat.

I love the freedom of creating option sets for my unique products and yesterday the customer service was outstanding after I contacted them to help improve the style of how my products were presented and they did exactly that for me. I was so surprised rised and happy by their service. Excellent app especially for Shopify stores like mine when you are the only one to do everything.
