Update! We just lost an additional $215 on bundled add ons within two days, omitted from orders received. Also, the support team are not helpful, they keep giving you a run around to get you frustrated with no solution and pretend like they didn't understand your previous email because they know what damage their app caused. I won't advise anyone using this app. Most of the good reviews on here are from their team. This app is currently frustrating at the moment. Our customers previously encountered not seeing their add ons after making payments for an order. Lets say a customer added 4 add ons to their cart, once they submit their order, it's either very few or all disappeared on the order confirmation summary. We brought this to their attention and they made it known that there was nothing they could do about it, except we upgraded to a higher bundle which has the native option. We upgraded to the $12 plus plan and we have now encountered another worse problem. The add ons are not charged correctly. They set up another price for the add ons and the agent we recently chatted with blamed it on us stating that we made these changes. This isn't true, this app never allowed us fix prices directly from the app when we initially set this up. We were only allowed to bundle each add ons from the product list on the website. The website already has the prices fixed so we didn't need to manually add prices on those boxes on the right. As a matter of fact, those boxes never existed when we initially set up our option sets from the scratch. We await the app owners to fix this issue. All we want is for the add ons to be charged correctly with the original price listed and bundled up directly from the website. I won't be upgrading to make life easier only to end up encountering another worse problem. Please make this right

Don't make the same mistake I made going with this app over the countless others that are sooooo much better then this and less expensive. I made the costly mistake of trusting this app for my store and had countless option sets which took a long time to set up. 1st off, they lack the functionality to edit your order in the cart which literally every OTHER options app offers and they charge you extra if you want to allow customers to upload their files which is a basic functionality for other options apps. The biggest issue I have with this app is the lack of support and transparency. There was recent an update with shopify that made this app not function properly, but they decided to not tell their users. This ended up costing me $1000's of dollars in sales since customers couldn't even add to their cart, the only reason i knew was because i started to get customer complaints. When i reached out to them, they ended up saying that it was due to shopify making an update and that they weren't able to do anything about it. I reached out to shopify, and they did confirm that they performed an update to their api's which is common but that all apps are made aware of any type of updates weeks or months in advance so they can properly update their apps to not have any issues. The fact that infinite options has as many downloads as they have you would expect them to at least tell you that they will not be able to function the way they were, but no they decided to omit that information and just wait until users noticed. Their support team is literally a joke, if you're reading this go check out all the other options like hulk, globo, avis, and various others that are less expensive but offer wayyyy better functionality, the difference is not even close. I wish i would have never installed this app and saved myself the countless hours of having to migrate to a different app, let alone the thousands of dollars that this app ended costing me by not working as it should've. I hope that my post helps at least 1 person not make the same mistake that i made and chooses to offer their product options with an actual reliable app.

Completely stopped transferring option data to our sales orders so we have to find a new app. Customer service has been unable to help us even though we have shown what is happening. They simply stopped responding to us. We even deleted the set and reinstalled it but to no avail.

I spent hours installing Upcart for my Cart, and now Infinite Options app is messing everything up: Options aren't showing in the cart, prices are jumping all over the place, and checkout is unstable. This is crazy. Deleting the app.

Very difficult to use. Not really any good examples. Actually looking for more complex setups like user able to upload images. Will remove this from store. Sorry

Doesn't work out of the box. Prices don't update when an option is selected. If you want to use an option with a price, you have to connect to an item and you can only use that item's price (no custom price / discount for it being an add-on). Even then, the price doesn't actually change - on the listing, the cart, or anywhere else once you've done so. You also can't hide the "option" item by unpublishing it or it won't work correctly. So you end up cluttering your cart with items that aren't relevant to customers and priced incorrectly as stand-alone items. It is laggy - front end and back end. Support is only available sometimes. Anything beyond the most basic functionality you must code through their API or pay someone else to code. I'm not sure what we're paying for.

Never experience any worst app than this. Disgusting app and worst support service. Don't try it all otherwise you'll regret.
