They should know that the app works great, and the support is even better! Anytime I have an issue, which is usualy an error created on my end, their customer support is all over it! Jessica was a HUGE help! She was very knowledgeable and asked before she changed any code. She gave me a copy of the code incase we needed to revert but we did not need it. Srivastav is quite possibly once of the best, if not, THE BEST, person I have ever had help me on the Shopify Platform. I cannot believe how fast he was conquering all the problems I didn't know or understand how to fix. He is super friendly and professional. Zapiet would be foolish not to give this guy a raise because he posses some serious skills that only a small fraction of human beings on earth have. Take care of this guy.

This works pretty well for the most part! Some of my issues may be user error more than an issue with the app. Support always responds quickly and takes care of any issues that arise.

Exceptional customer service and assistance. The team, specifically Genesis, is very responsive and so willing to help us resolve any issues. Once the setup was complete, this app works wonderfully for our florist business. Highly recommend!

Overly complicated for what should be the simplest of tasks. Obviously created by developer who has no sympathy for the end user.

Great customer service! Rather expensive app and needed to do quite a few modifications to make it work with my store, but the staff support was excellent and very knowledgeable, helping to resolve all the issues.

Jessica was incredibly helpful and patient while walking me through our pickup and delivery setup. She took the time to double-check the API key, delivery radius, and settings to make sure everything was working correctly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jeanette was also amazing, she helped fix a few bugs between Shopify and Zapiet and set the delivery cut off perfectly:).
