I am so impressed with customer support. I was having issues installing everything properly. We are a flower and gift shop and we need to be able to offer delivery/pick up and shipping. We also have charges for delivery based on zip code. It's a bit complicated and Zapiet jumped on and helped me work through everything so that it not only functions the way we need but it also looks great and is intuitive for the customer. Highly recommend!

A supremely useful app. We mainly use the scheduler feature but it's essential for our shop. This group has easily some of the very best customer support as well, so if you have questions or any issues you can expect personable, considerate and thorough support pretty much any time of day. The app allows you to be able to customize how you want to engage with your customers through store pick up and delivery options. While it took some getting used to the app set up at first, the customer service was 5 star and they were available and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to fix the problem.
