Great customer service! Rather expensive app and needed to do quite a few modifications to make it work with my store, but the staff support was excellent and very knowledgeable, helping to resolve all the issues.

She took the time to double-check the API key, delivery radius, and settings to make sure everything was working correctly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jeanette was also amazing, she helped fix a few bugs between Shopify and Zapiet and set the delivery cut off perfectly:).

There was a bug in the app and it caused issues with our pickup/delivery options. I was on a live chat with Betty who found the problem and found a solution that works perfectly. Zapiet's support is great!

The support team has been incredible in helping resolve some issue that came up with the app and my Shopify setup.
