I’ve been using Zoko for managing WhatsApp API, and it’s hands down the most complete platform out there. The flows and automations are incredibly intuitive and powerful, far superior to other platforms I’ve tried. What truly sets Zoko apart is their support team. They’re always responsive, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues. It’s rare to find such dedicated support in this space. Highly recommend it!

Misleading, the $ 4.99 is only shopify plug-in charges. Once you install the app, you will not be able to integrate it. They will call you to take you through the offers at which point depending on your scale you will charged extra (i believe starting is around 3k for a small brand).

Excellent app !.. Whatsapp broadcast is the new meta of marketing Email vs Whatsapp broadcast if you send to 100k email subscribers an email campaign you may have 5% read ratio but in whatsapp it is maybe reach 25-50% read ratio which is x5 to x10 better results The app is good because it let you control whatsapp + facebook + Instagram in single place There's a lot of fees you are going to pay in order to get more from the app .. at the end they are providing excellent service ,, I hate the prices of Meta and zoko app but they are doing excellent job and excellent ROI for me.. I wish they add some features from Manychats app ( like automation reply on comments in Instagram and start chat after a comment ) overall it's easy to use ( still you need to learn stuff to get the most value of the app ) They are always ready to help.. Looking for more from them

We have been using it for a long time to manage whatsapp, instagram and facebook messages. It allows us to have all three communications in one channel. If every company uses it with all its features, their teams will be very comfortable. However They recently changed their fees with an update. They did not give any information about this update. I always paid 2 or 3 months subscription fee. They integrated FLOWHIPPO into zokon and automatically started the streams, so 10-15 dollars were spent. And I saw other extra charges. AFTER MORE THAN 1 YEAR OF USE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE! THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE CHARGES CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!

I’ve been using Zoko for a year or so now, and it’s been a great tool for our online business. I can't say good enough things about Zoko. This software is a marketing and customer service POWERHOUSE. Customers much prefer to use whatsapp (yes, even many in the US) and they always tell us how they appreciate that we have this option. Zoko's customer service is beyond a shadow of a doubt the best I've received for a SaaS product. Anything I want to create, they will figure out how to do it. No matter how wild the flow is. This is easily my favorite SaaS for my shopify store.
