I can't say anything about the app. But I've been waiting almost a year for the app to work at all. I keep being put off again and again. As compensation, I got a 1-year subscription for free. D When the app finally loaded after half a year, it continued. I wanted to redeem the 1-year subscription. However, there is now a problem with redeeming the subscription. Now I've been waiting another 3 months without success. I'm not getting an answer from support either. And I really wasn't annoyed. I have asked maybe once in 2 weeks if there is an update. Too bad, because the app is really praised.

Have just signed up and was given prompt support in the chat to not only verify my site but get advice about next steps to begin improving my seo. And I was offered a discount and given VIP chat status. Thanks so much. I hope I my SEO will improve with ongoing support using this app.

I was actually ready to pay and support this app, no problem with that. I chose the Pro Plan because all the useful features are locked behind a paywall – fair enough. But even after upgrading, the app keeps telling me to "choose a plan" as if I hadn't paid anything. I contacted support, and their response was basically: "Yeah, something's not working… just wait a few days." Great. It’s been days – nothing has changed. I’m literally trying to give you money, and you’re doing the absolute minimum to fix your own system. If that's how paying users get treated, you clearly don’t need my money.
