I dont know if Booster App does what it claims, but I do know it is overpriced for what it offers. The support feels generic and unhelpful—responses seem templated rather than actually addressing specific issues. If they’re going to charge this much, they need to provide better, real-time support instead of making users wait with vague replies. For the price, I expected a much smoother experience. There's too much flattery and not enough depth. How could have support been more helpful? By giving me a tailored response as to how Booster has made any impact on our bottom line. They just care about Sales, adding more users, nothing more.
