I am happy with the app so far. It seems to be working well. I have contacted support a few times with questions and help has been swift and courteous. The only thing I can think that would make it better is if points were deducted from a customer account automatically when a return/refund is processed.

It was really easy to set up and had all of the features that I would need for my customers. The interface is easy to use and if you do run into any problems the support team has been very helpful. Team at BLOY have been very helpful. There are a few things I would like to see. 1-Being able to download all the members through a download. We did contact BLOY and they created one for us. 2- Being able to sort the customers who are members on the customer tab. Other than that it's working well and a positive it's FREE
