I have been looking for a good rewards app for a while. I tried multiple apps and although they had most of the features, the differentiating factor between them and BLOY is that BLOY is completely free! Yes, you read that right, it's completely free. I am happy with the app so far. It seems to be working well. I have contacted support a few times with questions and help has been swift and courteous. The only thing I can think that would make it better is if points were deducted from a customer account automatically when a return/refund is processed.

Team at BLOY have been very helpful. There are a few things I would like to see. 1-Being able to download all the members through a download. We did contact BLOY and they created one for us. 2- Being able to sort the customers who are members on the customer tab. Other than that it's working well and a positive it's FREE
