I was looking for a rewards app when I came across Bloy Loyalty Rewards. After installing and taking the time to familiarise myself with the features and customising it to match the brand visuals of my site, I did run into some tech issues so reached out to support. Let me just say, support has been absolutely FANTASTIC! Many thanks to all the staff involved, dev team, Lucy, and especially Chloe who went above and beyond to help me with all the required customisations I wanted. You can have a loyalty landing page as well as a small widget on the bottom of your website so your customers can have easy access. You can do a fair amount of customising to match your brand, but anything that isn't there, just reach out to support to see if they can help. The reward info is straightforward but you can edit the text to your liking. I've tested it out, now that it's all set up to how I want it, and I am very happy with the final results. You can earn points to turn into rewards and there's a cool VIP feature too where customers can accumulate more points as they shop and earn bigger rewards at each level. Hopefully my customers will enjoy this new feature on my site. Highly recommended!
