The app is easy to set up, creating a program is simple, and it’s very beginner-friendly. I easily translated it into Turkish and customized it for my store. The only thing I can think that would make it better is if points were deducted from a customer account automatically when a return/refund is processed.

Team at BLOY have been very helpful. There are a few things I would like to see. 1-Being able to download all the members through a download. We did contact BLOY and they created one for us. 2- Being able to sort the customers who are members on the customer tab. Other than that it's working well and a positive it's FREE
