I just started using the app, so I can't give an honest review at this time. However, customer services was exceptional in helping me understand how it works and getting everything set-up properly.

This is a strange experience. I had to reinstall the Blockify Fraud Filter application after receiving 100s of bots from Clifton, NJ and Santa Barbara, CA. All of which have MISSING FILE in the State and City field so you can't see where they originated unless you have other detection methods. They started coming a few days after I uninstalled the application which was a horrible lesson for me to learn. My hope is that the app will help get rid of these bots.

I had some trouble setting up the app so I went to the help center. Even though it was Saturday, Louis was on the CHAT immediately. We was able to help me finish the setup quickly and thoroughly. Now to wait to see if is solves my BOT attack problem.

Every time I’ve reached out for help, they’ve been there right away to assist. Today, during a panic attack when access was being denied for my customers, I explained the situation to them, and they immediately provided the solution by guiding me on which setting to change. As soon as I made the adjustment, everything started working perfectly. When I initially set things up, they handled it for me. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the service and support from this app!

Highly recommended, Blockify does everything it says and more, gain a lot of value even from their free plan, the customer support team is very responsive via chat if you need anything or have questions along the way. I could not be more satisfied. Thank you!

I recently noticed an excessive amount of traffic on my site from Germany so I installed the Blockify app. It took minutes to add the free version to my store. As I was going through the installation process I had a question and wanted to verify I had done everything correctly. I was able to chat with a representative (Ben) and he helped me out within 2 minutes and tested my blocks. Great customer service and peace of mind for me.

I am on the Blockify free app and so far it's been great. I had an issue with bots spamming my Shopify store with visitors every hour at over 1000 per hour. Tracy from the help centre set up a rule for me in minutes to block Germany, fantastic service! NZ user

I cannot stress enough how abysmal the "help" for this app has been. I tried it once, it didn't block my bot traffic, I reached out for help and was just gaslit. I uninstalled and left a review. Blockify reached out to ask for another chance and, I tried again. Once again, after following their instructions, the app didn't work correctly. It's either blocking real potential customers/non-bot traffic with low risk scores or allowing almost everyone. When I tried "help" again, telling them I had over 23 visitors to my website from Hong Kong, but, didn't see the visitors on Blockify logs, I was told to block all of Hong Kong. What? No. The next suggestion was to upgrade to the Enterprise plan and block the Ips of fraudeulent orders. What? Again, no. Fraudulent orders is not the problem. Not getting solutions for the actual problems, however, is my main problem with this app, rendering it completely useless to me. And, now, days of wasted time.

A great app, make sure you install this before you scale traffic - there are many bad players out there that Blockify can detect and block as needed.
