The app seems really good with analytics much deeper than native Shopify. The support was fast and effective when I had questions and needed help. I have not yet had enough time to figure out if it affects natural traffic as some people allude to, but I have also not heavily blocked a lot of incoming visitors i.e. blocking VPN's and the like. So far, it works well, was simply to set up and offered good and friendly service.

The interface is exceptionally intuitive and visually clean, making the setup and daily operation incredibly easy to manage. They are remarkably quick, responsive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Any questions I had were resolved rapidly and with clear, helpful guidance. The online chat support is very slow and unable to adequately address questions or concerns. The app itself isn’t very intuitive or clear to use. My goal was simply to exclude certain countries from accessing my website, as I noticed a sudden surge in traffic and suspected bot activity. I blocked all the countries I could identify, but unfortunately, the app failed to do what it was supposed to. I have uninstalled it and will search for a more effective solutions.

The app is working great and helping with the scammy abandoned carts I was seeing on my store. I also requested some help from the support team and Joyce and Hana were wonderful to work with. The response was quick and thorough. I appreciate the help so much!
