The app is extremely intuitive, but if you're like me and need a little help getting started, their support team is beyond helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Samuel this morning and not only did they answer all of my questions, they sent me screenshots on how to do exactly what I was asking. They also showed me other helpful ways to secure our checkout after sharing our use case. 10/10 experience, thank you Samuel and Blockify Fraud Filter!!

A great App for your Shopify store. It includes Blocking by region or country, as well as a wide range of other things. The biggest surprise was how detailed their analytics were! I was able to see each visitor that was allowed into the store, blocked, each order's info was now also showing analytics to help protect our store. Appreciate the team's super quick responses as well!

Awesome app. I had a problem with bots coming in from Venezuela and constantly adding products to the checkout in huge volumes, obviously ruining the algorithm. At first, I simply blocked the country, since I don’t sell there. But then the bots cleverly started using a VPN in the U.S. and continued doing the same thing. With this app, and thanks to the amazing and very fast support team, I was able to stop the bot traffic by literally banning anyone using a VPN, anyone showing suspicious behavior, or anyone using any proxy/VPN strategy to do their “dirty work”. I’m really satisfied with the app. If you’re also looking for a way to protect your store and keep your algorithm clean, you only need this app instead of installing 10 different ones.

So far, Blockify has been easy to work with and has provided excellent support (especially Esther). We are using it primarily to manage problem customers and it's doing its job.

This is my 2nd site with Blockify, and the setup has gone smoothly. The interface is easy to use, and the customer support is excellent—even when I didn’t realize I’d contacted them. Recently I clicked a link to remove the Blockify branding without knowing it messaged Support, and hours later Florence messaged that she had already taken care of it. Nice!Looking forward to the next upgrade where Support can read my mind even before I click a link.

Update (same day). I realised I wasn’t getting sales and checked the website and you can’t click anything. Have had to turn app embed off in theme settings as app in Shopify is broken. It’s caused me lost sales. Updated review to 1* I have been using this app for a while now and although it has been okay some changes lately and app issues have crept in to compel me to rate lower now. Recently the devs changes the visitor view and removed the ISP from the main area. Now you have to click through to each IP hit. This is a bad oversight. Today the app doesn’t even work on the Shopify app. No way to even contact them. This has happened before.
