Tricky to navigate but overall seems a decent piece of kit.

I have only been using it for a few days, but so far so good. I had to reach out to support for a few questions and they were very responsive and were able to help walk me through my set up. I will report back after I have used it longer to let you know if it is worth the value.

I am new to Blockify and needed assistance. Louis was helpful and solved the issue.

The app seems great but the reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because it cannot block a person's name, which is what I really need. Other than that, I like it. The customer service that they provide is helpful too. I'm hoping that they will work on a way to block a person's name and if that happens, the app will be perfect.

I am using the free version of the App, so I haven't experienced its full capabilities, but I did get some excellent help from Joyce in resolving a store access issue I was having due to an incorrect setting.

Didn't work when I did it myself, but when I contacted the support it was fast and easy. Very good support.

Customer service (tracy) was able to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue I was experiencing, although we are both unsure as to how it was caused. It would be helpful if the app had some form of display or option for "recently changed" rules to ensure that they are functioning correctly and no unauthorized changes have been made to existing rules.

The app have a lot of features to protect your website, very good insights and analytics. Great customer service with online chat quick response. The one feature that they dont have is to block bots from creating abandoned carts, and as I understand it's a shopify issue that preventing 3rd parties app from interfering with the checkout page!

Little bit of a learning curve, but excellent customer service.

It stops the people and bots you don't want from accessing your store well but you will still see (some of) them from your Shopify Analytics. The customer support (especially Ben) was very helpful and fast with the replies
