The app have a lot of features to protect your website, very good insights and analytics. Great customer service with online chat quick response. The one feature that they dont have is to block bots from creating abandoned carts, and as I understand it's a shopify issue that preventing 3rd parties app from interfering with the checkout page!

Installed the app just now, so I can't tell yet if it will block the fraudulent orders, but the support helping set it up was great - quick and professional.

Blockify has been a game-changer for our business. Since installing it, we've seen a massive drop in fraudulent orders and suspicious activity. The app is incredibly easy to set up and gives us full control over which customers or IP addresses to block based on custom rules. It also helps reduce chargebacks, saving us both time and money.

Our store gets so much bot traffic from Ashburn, VA, not to mention the international bots that we know aren't real shoppers (we have a USA only delivery radius, no international sales.) This tool seems to catch a lot of that traffic and block it. Hopefully this will improve our analytics about our true customer browsing sessions, in addition to hindering the copycat site stealers that have scraped our digital assets in the past.

Blockify has been a great tool for protecting my store. It lets me easily block suspicious IPs, countries, and bots, and even catches VPN and proxy users. The visitor tracking and fraud filters are really helpful, and I love that it auto-cancels risky orders. Plus, their customer service is super responsive. Definitely recommend it if you're looking to cut down on fraud.
