I wasn't able to activate the app on my own, but Haley was able to help me over chat. I didn't have to wait long for support, and she was able to get it working for me quickly. I haven't gotten to fiddle with it much yet, and I still have to figure out how to do some things on the Shopify end with regard to the account logins. But that's on me. The app seems to be working as promised: hiding my wholesale products from folks until they create an account and login! So... I'm pleased thus far!

I’m a new user for the Sami B2B Lock,Password Protect app, but so far so good — great in fact. A theme style tweak was needed on our password protected webpage, and my request for assistance was handled in less then 24 hours, and was the exact adjustment I hoped for. So far, so good. The app team is very responsive and my requests have all been met quickly and attended to. Highly recommend if you have the need to keep some of your site locked off for only specific access. It's a pretty cool feature.
