The app works as expected. I did have some initial issues getting it setup and opened a service request through their chat and to my surprise they were super fast at getting back to me and Haley was great! She jumped in on the back-end and changed some settings for me and then waited until I verified it was all set up properly. Even after we were done, she came back again to make sure it was still working correctly and I really appreciated that! Thank you again!

I cannot recommend Sami B2B Lock enough, and a huge special mention goes to Haley, who has genuinely delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had on Shopify. Haley and the development team went above and beyond in every single way. We needed a fully customised, password-protected landing page for our exclusive Black Friday VIP sale (something extremely specific, detailed, and time-sensitive) and they absolutely nailed it. From custom layouts to pixel-perfect edits (even down to the tiniest font-size adjustments!), the developers were phenomenal. Every request was met with care, precision, and unbelievable turnaround times. It genuinely felt like a personalised, white-glove service from start to finish.
