Once we got on the same page with communication (text can be hard!) It was great. I did not want to have a whole new website for wholesale on top of a retail site and this hopefully will dissolve that stress! I have tried many other locking apps and none have worked before. Easy install and set up. Ran into an issue with my theme where it locked the Add to Cart and Price in certain views (like Quick Buy and on the Collections page) but still showed up on the product page. Customer Service was super fast in responding and working on the problem. It took a few tries for our theme to cooperate but they kept at it until it was fixed. I can't say enough about how valuable it is to have a team that jumps right on an issue so that you can get up and running quickly. This is the second app we've installed from Samita and continue to be pleased with the simplicity of their products without giving up functionality.

Support team as absolutely amazing. I was struggling to create my complex tiering system. And Haley worked very hard to support me and make it a reality. Honestly would recommend if your membership system is complex.
