The support was excellent. I had to have help during the setup process and Haley was Awesome. She was super friendly ,communitive and very patient the whole time. She assured I had all questions answered and stay online until I was able to test everything to make sure it was working correctly. Kudos to you Haley!!!

The customer service provided was the best one I ever had. Lyla was very kind. And the use of the 1 free lock is a great way to give it a try.

The locks barely ever work out of the box. There is always some component that doesn't work correctly, so customers can find ways around the locks. When you contact customer support, they will first not believe you and act annoyed, give snarky answers, and be rude. Stay away if you can.

Haley was patient and fully understood my challenge. She had my problem handled in under 5 minutes! Big Mahalos!

Super simple integration, the customer service is amazing. Haley was quick and efficient in helping me understand the problem I was having. The features are limited for the free plan, the feature I was hoping to use (locking a specific collection for wholesale) is part of the paid plan which I personally don't need right now, but I would certainly consider it in the future. We've used this app for a couple of event launches through shopify and it's so easy to work with. Customer Support is very helpful and quick to respond - even though time zone differences. Lyla was very prompt and thorough in helping me!

I just migrated to Shopify and my experience thus far with this app was grea. Tech support was prompt and super helpful, I recommended to do it myself and they sent me the code and a video walk through so I could learn to do it myself. It was fast and fuss free!

Absolut Empfehlenswert! Tolles Team und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Mir wurde sofort ohne langes drumherum geholfen! Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten mit dem Schlossbild und es hat sich ein Mitarbeiter aufgeschaltet und die notwendigen Schritte durchgeführt. Es wurde sogar mitgedacht, denn das neue Bild war etwas zu groß.
