Great app that does exactly what it is supposed to do. Easy to install. There were a few issues with the integration - I contacted support and they responded immediately and resolved everything within less than 24 hours. Great service, would recommend :)

Once we got on the same page with communication (text can be hard!) It was great. I did not want to have a whole new website for wholesale on top of a retail site and this hopefully will dissolve that stress! I have tried many other locking apps and none have worked before. Getting the issue fixed feels great and I am excited to see how it all flows. Also love the feature of customizing the way the lock page looks! as an artist that's a big plus for me! Easy install and set up. Ran into an issue with my theme where it locked the Add to Cart and Price in certain views (like Quick Buy and on the Collections page) but still showed up on the product page. Customer Service was super fast in responding and working on the problem. It took a few tries for our theme to cooperate but they kept at it until it was fixed. I can't say enough about how valuable it is to have a team that jumps right on an issue so that you can get up and running quickly. This is the second app we've installed from Samita and continue to be pleased with the simplicity of their products without giving up functionality.

Support team as absolutely amazing. I was struggling to create my complex tiering system. And Haley worked very hard to support me and make it a reality. Honestly would recommend if your membership system is complex.

Great app. Does exactly what I need it to. I use these guys to lock a page for whole purposes. There's a good amount of customization too if its there's something custom you want to like inserting a embedded hyperlink which I needed, these guys are always willing to help.

The initial set up is intuitive and straightforward and when I needed support, Haley was quick to respond and offered help right away. Kudos to the team!

It's easy to set up, and the locking rules work well for hiding specific pages and pricing from retail customers. Support is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended for stores with both B2C and B2B needs!

I installed the app and had a minor issue. I reached out to the support team and even though they were away on a business trip, they still worked on my issue.
