The locks barely ever work out of the box. There is always some component that doesn't work correctly, so customers can find ways around the locks. When you contact customer support, they will first not believe you and act annoyed, give snarky answers, and be rude. Stay away if you can.

The initial setup, which includes having to message their support is a bit off putting, but the app does exactly what I need it to do. Once set up it is easy to use. Very user friendly.
