The app works as expected. I did have some initial issues getting it setup and opened a service request through their chat and to my surprise they were super fast at getting back to me and Haley was great! She jumped in on the back-end and changed some settings for me and then waited until I verified it was all set up properly. Even after we were done, she came back again to make sure it was still working correctly and I really appreciated that! Thank you again!

We needed a fully customised, password-protected landing page for our exclusive Black Friday VIP sale (something extremely specific, detailed, and time-sensitive) and they absolutely nailed it. From custom layouts to pixel-perfect edits (even down to the tiniest font-size adjustments!), the developers were phenomenal. Every request was met with care, precision, and unbelievable turnaround times. It genuinely felt like a personalised, white-glove service from start to finish. The final result is exactly what we envisioned, beautifully designed, seamless, and perfectly aligned with our brand. This app was so easy to setup and made my page accessible to only my staff members so I could keep that content hidden from our regular users/customers. I started out on the free plan to get a feel for the app, but I plan to upgrade shortly to allow for the additional features like wholesale customer access. Additionally, I had a couple of questions on using the app and support answered me kindly and quickly. I will be using this app for my other website as well!

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I have to warn other merchants about this app. After installing Sami B2B Lock, my store layout and functions became a total mess. Pages that used to load perfectly suddenly started breaking — some were locked incorrectly, and others that should have been private became visible to everyone. Even worse, the app interfered with my theme code and scripts, which caused several of my custom features to stop working. It took me hours to figure out that this app was the cause of the problems. When I uninstalled it, it left behind a lot of messy code and settings that I had to clean up manually. Because of this, my store looked broken for hours, and I lost both traffic and sales. The support team was slow to respond and didn’t provide any real solution — they just kept saying “we’re looking into it.” This app might sound useful in theory, but in practice, it’s unstable and poorly developed. I strongly advise others to stay away from this app unless you want to risk your store’s functionality and reputation.
