The initial setup, which includes having to message their support is a bit off putting, but the app does exactly what I need it to do. Once set up it is easy to use. Very user friendly. I would have taken a star away for having to reach out to support to activate features, but Joanna was so helpful and easy to deal with, it was a breeze.

The app works as expected. I did have some initial issues getting it setup and opened a service request through their chat and to my surprise they were super fast at getting back to me and Haley was great! She jumped in on the back-end and changed some settings for me and then waited until I verified it was all set up properly. Even after we were done, she came back again to make sure it was still working correctly and I really appreciated that! Thank you again!
