They are incredibly responsive, even outside normal business hours and on weekends for urgent issues, and every minor glitch we’ve encountered has been resolved quickly and efficiently. Great Support Team, Helpful App Overall The app itself is solid and does what it promises once everything is correctly set up. While there was some initial confusion regarding which features were included in each pricing plan, the support team handled the situation professionally and stayed responsive throughout. Support is consistently available Monday to Friday, and every interaction I had was clear, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even when issues came up, they made the effort to explain options and work toward a solution. Overall, I can recommend this app — especially for the quality of customer support. With a little improvement in how pricing and features are communicated, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

We've been using the app for our webshop for several years now, and we're very satisfied with it. We have a small embroidery and printing business in New Zealand and use Shopify for our online retail store. B2B BSS have been great for us. We use the Quantity break and Tax display functions at the moment but will likely explore more in the future. The customer service an dev support have been great, design and functionality changes have been completed within 24 hours so far so 5 star from us.

I tried to use the app for charging B2B prices to EU and non-EU customers and to add a fee for every unit to each order. I was very transparent from the start of my trial. Positive: Support is quick, responsive, helpful and nice. Bad: After several months of going back and forth with the support & paying the platinum price, it turned out that the app does not fulfill both requirements. The calculation of VAT / non VAT is prices is incorrect. If you want to set up one net of VAT B2B fix price for the world, it does not work. Also there is no option to add a fee per unit, you would have to make several thousand of manual rules. I am disappointed.

Support is Great BUT - We run into issues, instability, inconsistencies and we needed to reach out to the support team to resolve those issues. However, their support team was prompt and did resolve all of our issues - I was impressed with their commitment to resolving issues and making the product work. But it is hard to make to make this product work out-of-the-box (This may have been because we used product variants). Shoutout to Louis from CS for dedicated efforts to resolve our issues 10/10. A special thanks to dev team and developer South D - Their skills, problem solving and dedication is greatly appreciated; looking at the code, Shopify sure doesn't make it easy, and creative solutions are needed. If you need something changed or fixed with BSS B2B, absolutely reach out to their Support team; Notably if you find prices taking a long time to load - their support team can assist with this.

Not a lot of B2B Wholesale apps offer many out of box features but this app pretty much offers it all, love the app, love the product and their customer support is extremely responsive and helpful when troubleshooting any questions and/or concerns.

Misleading Sales and Poor Customer Experience I’ve wasted over 2 hours discussing a plan that was misrepresented from the start. I was clearly told the feature I needed was available on the $50/month plan, only to find out later that it’s actually locked behind the $100 plan. When I pointed this out, the support offered a “20% discount” on the higher plan — effectively trying to upsell me to 70 CHF/month instead of honoring what was initially offered. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing may work elsewhere, but it’s unacceptable in Switzerland, especially in B2B relations. I explained in detail what I needed before subscribing, yet was met with generic scripted replies and even an emoji at the end of a “sorry” message after wasting my time. Unprofessional, misleading, and inconsiderate of clients’ time. If transparency and business integrity matter to you — look elsewhere.

We've tested many B2B apps and this one had most of what we needed. The setup and settings are easy + the support (thanks Hill!) is awesome - fast and they helped us make changes to the code to ensure the app works for our specific needs / market.

Bss works especially well, Customer service have been very helpfull in helping personalize my B2B website, A very special thing that not all other company do is that they had doublecheck to make sure there is no issue. Company is good about helping work through issues. There is a time difference between them and the US, and it sometimes takes them a bit to respond to questions, but they always respond and are helpful when they do.

We started using this app for our B2B. We are using it mainly for pricing, order limits, quantity increments. The app provides you with a lot of posssibilities and the support team is always there to help you and look for a possible solution. You can do a lot of things yourselves however sometimes it is easier to ask the support team for help when it comes to adding things to liquid codes and stuff. We got a lot of help from Louis. We also got help from Kellie and Ruby and everyone is very kind and always there to try and help you as best as they can.

Great app and superb support, there was a serious issue that was discovered on Friday, and they worked beyond their normal business hours to fix it before the weekend. 5 stars deserved!
