They completely changed the code in my store without my permission and ruined everything I did, they also charged me for an entire year upfront and now are giving me a hard time getting my refund. Ich hatte ein grosses Chaos im Shop. Und so viele 404 Fehler. dann habe ich mir Avada installiert. der Shop ist noch lange nicht perfekt aber mit Avada kann man viele Fehler finden und selbst beheben. Aber ich habe festgestellt, dass ich manchmal nicht weiter weiss und da kommt der Support in Spiel. Ja ich weiss, manchmal kommt man sich einfach blöd vor zu fragen. Aber hinschmeissen ist keine Option. Also habe ich den Support kontaktiert und sie helfen bei jeder Frage und so kann ich Step by Step meinen Shop optimieren.
