I've had a good experience so far, Christian was very helpful and didn't need much explaining to get to the solution. I have to wait a couple of days for the work to be carried out but I am optimistic everything will be sorted as per my request.

As an SEO novice with very little experience, I am testing the app for a week to see how it works. So far, I'm very impressed with the UI and ease of use, not to mention Pamela's hands-on help with several updates already. I have been using several of Avada's products, and due to personal reasons even had to drop some (not because they weren't capable). The SEO Image Optimizer app is a MUST have for those who aren't building their website from scratch or taking product photos for and editing those as well. Avada in general has always had a great customer service, however today Viola reminded me why I value them so Highly. She was quick to respond and address my inquiry while keeping providing more help than needed. Fantastic support from an an Amazing company.
