Thanks for the great support! Your app is the only one I found that reliably works with traffic from Facebook and Instagram ads. Other contact forms — including Shopify's native form and popular form builders — didn’t work inside in-app browsers. Your form submits perfectly, even from Instagram, which solved a big problem for us. Keep up the great work!

We are using this app for new wholesale customer applications, approval and customer creation. The custom forms are flexible and highly configurable. I needed some form fields copied to the customer account fields when the customer is created, and the developers were very responsive to my needs and took care of it. Very impressive customer service!

We are using this app for new wholesale customer applications, approval and customer creation. The custom forms are flexible and highly configurable. However, I wish it had more settings and control when creating the customer account. It creates the new customer with only the name, email and phone number and there is no way to map the form data fields for address and business name and that info must be manually entered. It also creates customers as requiring tax collection which I have to disable for each customer.

This app forces me to pay for its use. There is a free plan, and I don’t need the paid plan for the time being, but it still requires me to pay. This is very unfriendly. No matter what I click, I will be redirected to the payment page. If you don’t want others to use it for free, you can cancel the free plan.

Great app! Was able to quickly create multiple forms for different kinds of partners, and a few other things. Their team was very helpful by answering questions and providing guidance. Highly recommend it.
