I also made a special request because I needed to redirect account creation from the basic Shopify form to the form created with Pify, and they granted it. The app is very functional, has everything you need, and is very simple and intuitive to use. It has some very elegant designs, and its prices are very affordable. Great App, easy to use, more than expected from free version, just wish that I could embed links into Images in text boxes. Very happy overall.

Great app to customize forms and then direct to the checkout. For products that have multiple options it would be nice if it auto expanded itself. If you select the Product without expanding first it selects all variants. Many customers needed a disclaimer noting they need to click the "plus" sign.
