They are great, the customer services is lightening fast I have to say. I had an issue and they helped me in 2 minutes I think. I just started using this so I can't say much about the software but the customer service is awesome, which leads me to think that everything should be way easier.

I've been using this app for over two years and have seen the updates that they have implemented, they are constantly improving. I'm extremely happy with their response time. I always have many questions because of the type of service we offer and the customer service really cannot be beat. As a small business myself, I love knowing that there is a small team of people who care on the other end. If you are looking for a simple booking system, who provides amazing customer service, then this is the app you need.

It´s good, however has some issues with calendar integrations. For example some slots appear as busy when they are not, if you have an event or task and have it as Available, the app understands it as busy as well so you have to be careful. The prices are a bit high as well or that´s how I personally feel it, there are big jumps from one to another just for couple elements to add. The costumer service on the other hand is really helpful and fast. They respond very quickly and are very helpful and nice.

Have developed a need to setup appointments for new services I offer. I tried a half dozen solutions and settled here. Very full featured, easy install on web site, especially with it being applicable to 2.0 Themes. Having the Custom Questions with the ability to add prices was a real help. The application works well with most of the common settings easy to understand. Like many of these apps, especially the 'Available Time' setup is a little tedious but with help I now understand how to use the options to get what I want. The ability of this app to solve your appointment desires is very extensive and should work for many complicated appointment scenarios. When I was looking at various options and how they work, I was amazed at how well and fast their chat function works for questions. I am CDT during normal business hours and generally I get an answer in under ten minutes. The answers are on point, generally with examples of where to look and how to use it. There is a downside when working with their tech staff. I suspect they are eastern Indians and when on the phone with them their accents are sometimes hard to understand. For their videos, I slow down the play to let me hear their voices more clearly. In technical knowledge of their app and general web site wizardry, they are very good! Their chat and writing are very clear!

Wow! I am so impressed with the online support I received to help set up my appointment calendar! The tech team helped me create hyperlinks in the terms and conditions section. They also quickly answered all my questions. I can't believe how powerful this application is! Still more to learn.

I have tried other booking apps for my shopify website, and it is the best I have tried so far. It makes it super easy for my customers to book, and checkout super-fast. Highly recommend.

I really like Appointo, because it's easy to use. If I don't know how to do some settings they have videos available and also the 24hour support is very helpful, they just helped me to solve a problem within a few minutes. Thank you! I recommend this app.

First time "chatting" with support and it was quick and easy. They resolved my problem quickly, though I give 4 stars as I don't know why it was occurring in the first place. I have used this app for quite some time now and it works well for my purposes.

The team at Appointo (Shubhankar, Sunny, and Karan) was EXTREMELY NICE and HELPFUL. As we were developing our website, Next Sports Center, we realised that it would be very difficult to find a turn key, out of the box solution for our booking/scheduling platform. After trying and testing out (and asking for help) from other providers, we landed on Appointo and really had a low expectation if the app would fit what we need. Lo and behold, after explaining in detail (the Appointo team was really patient and helpful) our requirements, they found a workaround (without a need for further coding), and a customised workflow from our end, so that the app would fit what we need. Sure, other apps may have worked better or looks better or is priced cheaper, but the wholistic support and approach that the Appointo team gave was unmatched. Thanks again! Easy to integrate with our store and a very powerful and flexible application. We're doing something a little different and the Appointo support team have been fantastic at guiding us on how to best use the application, and when needed, making changes to help us achieve the outcomes we're looking for.
