The Appointo app is okay. I'm finding a lot of limitations and seem to always have to upgrade. My chat help has been fantastic though. Everytime I contact them they are quick to answer and solve my issues. They are always pleasant. I just had a great conversation with Karan. He was very helpful.

It´s good, however has some issues with calendar integrations. For example some slots appear as busy when they are not, if you have an event or task and have it as Available, the app understands it as busy as well so you have to be careful. The prices are a bit high as well or that´s how I personally feel it, there are big jumps from one to another just for couple elements to add. The costumer service on the other hand is really helpful and fast. They respond very quickly and are very helpful and nice.

It’s ok for what you pay. I would like the app to be more ug friendly. A bit complicated with some settings and I have been on touch with support several times. Support was helpful but response was a bit slow. I hope for some better help-videos and faster chat service. Overall a helpful tool to my booking site.
