One Click Upsell has been such a game changer for our business. We have experienced some serious growth in revenue for our business since we upgraded to One Click Upsell Enterprise and I'm extremely grateful for all the guidance and help that Karina has provided us. I'm really excited about what the future holds for our upsell strategy and how we can grow it further.

We've been using the app for nearly a year, and overall it's been a great experience. It's relatively easy to set up, and the customer service team is extremely helpful and responsive. The app does an excellent job with both pre-purchase and post-purchase upsells. In the future, I’d love to see a bit more flexibility with AI-generated offers, but overall, I believe this is the best app out there if you're looking to build effective pre- and post-purchase funnels.

The app has been easy to navigate from set-up to use. I ran into a problem with my shipping charges not showing on my order bumps and post purchase upsells and Ash and the team were able to go through my Shopify set-up and find the 'needle in the haystack' as to why - I had not clicked one box...once I checked the box - everything worked like a charm. Absolutely love OCU! It's hands down one of the most valuable apps I have on my store. There is a bit of a learning curve in getting the nuances of how it works down but once you're there, it's so easy to implement and the possibilities for customizing it for your store are truly endless. They do an amazing job to help you get up and running asap too with tools and links to any help docs you need. And the best part is most definitely the support team! Kid you not, they are incredible. They are fast, easily accessible via chat and every single person I've interacted with has been super helpful in resolving any issues I had asap. Can't recommend them enough!

A little difficult at first, but stick with it. Once it's working, OCU is an effortless way to supplement your income. And their customer service is wonderful! Quick, thorough, and I got the answer to a puzzler that even Shopify Support doesn't know. :)

While some features or refinement may be lacking compared to other comparable apps, the company is continually updating its feature set and and has A+ customer support that is very helpful with implementation support. Also very open to learning from customer feedback, suggestions, feature requests.

It feels like getting taxed. The usage fees are outrageous, 500 dollars + a month just for 10000 in revenue. Its insane, im moving to reconvert, i calculated it and they only have 150 in fees for the same amount of revenue.

The product itself is ok, but there are just a couple of things I would like to point out. 1. Customer service: although I have been happy in the past with their professionalism and thoroughness of responses, I can't help but rate their service as not good after the most recent conversations. Super "template answers" and you have to make the request at least 3-4 times before you get an answer actually tailored for you. 2. Product: it's quite intuitive, but the fact that it is unusable if a customer purchases with a different currency than your store makes it virtually unusable unless you sell to one market only. 3. Subscription plan: you have a 30-day free trial, and so far so good, after that you pay in increments based on the additional revenue the app generates for you + a fixed monthly fee no matter what happens. This is not at all clear when you subscribe. They will also continue to charge you the fixed even if you deactivate the app and remove it from your store... according to them the only way to not pay it is to message them and have them issue you a refund credit but only after you've paid (although a colleague once did it first, since it's the most intuitive thing to do). Overall, I don't feel like recommending it now and I'm actively looking for an alternative. Maybe I will change my review in the future.

We have so far made in one week what we were making with reconvert. Love the one click and how user friendly it is. More than anything their team is amazing and we have gotten support quickly and they have gone above and beyond to help us.

After being a customer for a while, I need some details sorted out as I created more funnels. Taka was amazing and patient and spent a long time helping me understand and made instructional videos on how to solve my problems, getting the work done for me, but also teaching me how to do it myself, making me more confident! I was a bit nervous when downloading the app because I thought it would be super complicated to set everything up. But no! It was incredibly easy. I did have some confusion, but I just sent a message to the support team, and they responded right away! Chris and Taka were amazing, they took care of everything, helped me out, and made sure my funnel was completely set up. 100/10 app and service!
