While some features or refinement may be lacking compared to other comparable apps, the company is continually updating its feature set and and has A+ customer support that is very helpful with implementation support. Also very open to learning from customer feedback, suggestions, feature requests.

It feels like getting taxed. The usage fees are outrageous, 500 dollars + a month just for 10000 in revenue. Its insane, im moving to reconvert, i calculated it and they only have 150 in fees for the same amount of revenue.

The product itself is ok, but there are just a couple of things I would like to point out. 1. Customer service: although I have been happy in the past with their professionalism and thoroughness of responses, I can't help but rate their service as not good after the most recent conversations. Super "template answers" and you have to make the request at least 3-4 times before you get an answer actually tailored for you. 2. Product: it's quite intuitive, but the fact that it is unusable if a customer purchases with a different currency than your store makes it virtually unusable unless you sell to one market only. 3. Subscription plan: you have a 30-day free trial, and so far so good, after that you pay in increments based on the additional revenue the app generates for you + a fixed monthly fee no matter what happens. This is not at all clear when you subscribe. They will also continue to charge you the fixed even if you deactivate the app and remove it from your store... according to them the only way to not pay it is to message them and have them issue you a refund credit but only after you've paid (although a colleague once did it first, since it's the most intuitive thing to do). Overall, I don't feel like recommending it now and I'm actively looking for an alternative. Maybe I will change my review in the future.

We have so far made in one week what we were making with reconvert. Love the one click and how user friendly it is. More than anything their team is amazing and we have gotten support quickly and they have gone above and beyond to help us.

After being a customer for a while, I need some details sorted out as I created more funnels. Taka was amazing and patient and spent a long time helping me understand and made instructional videos on how to solve my problems, getting the work done for me, but also teaching me how to do it myself, making me more confident! I was a bit nervous when downloading the app because I thought it would be super complicated to set everything up. But no! It was incredibly easy. I did have some confusion, but I just sent a message to the support team, and they responded right away! Chris and Taka were amazing, they took care of everything, helped me out, and made sure my funnel was completely set up. 100/10 app and service!

I am super happy with One click upsell! Their support is great, always helping me with different issues and always go the extra mile for me. I really do like their app and it´s very easy to work with, even for beginners. The best part with this app is that it works very good with my Shopify-theme and it is a great tool to increase the average order value for each customer!

Be warned that the free trial DOES NOT give you full feature access. To see and test all the features that this app offers you during the free trial, you are forced to upgrade to their unlimited plan. Once you do this, you are stuck with this plan and can no longer go back to the Starter Plan. If you're looking for Ai Generated offers this app ONLY allows that for Post-Purchase Upsells, everything else you will MANUALLY have to change out your upsells. Which for $35 a month is a steep price to pay for having to do the bulk of the work that this app should be doing.
