A simple app that has additional options should you need them with different payment tiers for your needs - we're pretty simple and there are still several ways to customize and it works perfectly for our site. We did encounter a small issue, but customer service was very quick and efficient. Rajesh solved our problem to our satisfaction. Very pleased with this app and its service!

The app itself is easy to install and use if you follow the instructions, so I’d definitely recommend it. One area for improvement could be support availability—having someone available 24/7 for chat support would allow for faster responses. unintalled after 5 mins because could not figure out how to use only the gift message and not the gift wrap. after i uninstalled, the gift wrap code was still on my site and the gift wrap product still on my product page. no customer service to help with this. only email with no reply. currently working with shopify to remove this prodcut from my page before someone orders it. created 5 hours of work for me just to get it off my site after installing for just 5 mins.

I've been using the app for about a year now. It works really well. I just upgraded the plan to add another language to the site and reached out to support with a query.
