It's a great app, but it does not let me adjust the positioning of the widget. It is asymmetrical to my template.

it's good at getting add on/gift wrapping conversions however the user setup interface is not so easy. i.e it's difficult to distinguish between add ons/services that you've set up and edit

If you are looking for an app that allows you to add add-ons to increase your revenue, which also smoothly works with your theme, and also engenders customer experience, then look no further because this is it. The support team is top notch. They are fast to respond and are very helpful.

They need to fix their pricing, they just suddenly and without warning added a stamp on my beautiful website design and now their paid option is outrageously expensive. The app lacks the same customization as their competitors, but yet they are way more expensive. They get one star due to how they modified my theme without warning and now they want to charge me $20 a month to use the app while their competition charges 9.99.

Very expensive compared to competitors. Their price structure is based on how many Shopify orders you get. For example you get: •0-50 orders per month, your price is 9.99 •51-100 order per month, your price is 19.99 Big ouch given that their competitors are much more customizable and charge $9.99 for unlimited orders. I think you need to review your pricing policy because it makes no sense to charge way kore than competition for less value.

I have had the app since early 2023 and I have had zero issues. It is very easy to set up and when the time came when I had one little issue, the support (Emily) was amazing!!! The app works flawlessly with my theme as well. Keep it up!

Awful app. Horrible interface for selecting which products to enable this on not to mention the lack of options (all products or manually select which ones with all the disabled and draft orders mixed up in a 10 products per page window - simply horrible). Used for about 15 minutes and experienced several bugs/glitches as well. Not fit for purpose.
