The app is fantastic, but the team behind it is even better! The team at Gist are hands down one of the BEST teams I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Our initial GiftShip implementation faced a couple of hiccups due entirely to how our Shopify instance was configured (with third-party apps) and a lack of understanding regarding the features we required.
