We’ve had a great experience with this app. Initially, we planned to use it mainly during peak gifting periods, but after reviewing performance and usage, we decided to keep it active year-round — and we’re still seeing consistent usage post-holiday, which has been a great surprise. The app has been working smoothly, with no complaints from customers. We did encounter a minor issue with email messaging, but that was related to our internal setup rather than the app itself. Overall, we’re very happy with the performance and value it provides, and we appreciate how relevant it is beyond traditional gifting seasons. Looking forward to upcoming features and continued improvements.
