This app is very useful for creating cash back and other digital credit store. It works very well with Klaviyo once you setup the right flow to send the giftkart credit and the reminder. It became a key pillar of our loyalty program and our customers just love it. We are on the Plus plan to enable the Klaviyo connection which is absolutely crucial to make the full process work seamlessly. Definitely recommended if you are serious about serving your customers with cash back type of offers.

We are utilizing this app for our Cashback promotion, and it has exceeded our expectations. It's incredibly easy to set up and seamlessly integrates with Shopify.

The app generally seems like it'd be useful if you want the full range of features, but I only tested the personalized video message as that was 1 of 2 primary features we were looking for. I really wanted this to work but the personalized video gift messaging experience basically doesn't work on mobile devices (for the gift receiver), which effectively makes this feature useless. As implemented, it's shameful to even promote this as a working feature in the listing. If you open this the gift card page on a mobile browser, you can't actually play the video and you need to download the video to your phone- and even then I wasn't able to open/watch it during testing. This means that 90%+ of gift receivers would likely never even watch the video message recorded for them by the sender. Another nit is that the gift card page editor doesn't treat image sizes properly and distorts the aspect ratio even when providing the "ideal" image resolution as suggested. When I contacted developer about the video play issue they cited browser limitations, but there are other apps that offer QR-code based personalized video messages that certainly don't suffer from this debilitating limitation. More likely poor feature design.

We're using this App for Cashback promotion. It works very well. Easy to set up, very well integrated with Shopify. The plus is the support: they effectively and quickly helped us in some customization we needed.

Doesn't even deserve one star I wrote and talked, they said they would give me my money, but they didn't. Give me my money back. If I don't get an answer from you, I will write again. I do not recommend it to anyone for now. I just talked to the support team and they solved my problem so thank you this is great The only problem was that I didn't use the application, so I wanted to get my money back since I didn't use it. I was looking for a very particular usecase and this app solved that for me, I must have tried 8-10 apps but finally this was the one that met my usecase. The team and support is also super quick, absolutely a delight to have such Shopify apps that makes the merchant's life easier

Still in the early days of testing out this app, but so far it's been quite good. There are a few (relatively secondary) issues/bugs to work through but overall it's been a positive experience thus far. Will check back in with an update (good or bad) within another few months.
