Awful. A total 'Bait and Switch' scheme. My trial period enabled me to generate as many discounts as I wanted, hassle free. The day that I paid for a subscription, they required that you go through an unorganized and overcomplicated process to generate codes. Customer support is all over the place. There are better options, please explore further.

I had a bad experience using this app.Some features didn't work as expected ,and setup was frustrating . Customers faced issues with gifts card balance checking and delivery.Overall,not satisfied it needs major improvements and better support.

I installed this app to produce gift cards in bulk, and Jack from the support team was incredibly fast and friendly — really appreciated his help. Some apps charge an extra fee per gift card, but this one doesn’t, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely keep using it!

Great customer service, but be aware that hours may not align with your current work schedule. We have used the bulk service a handful of times to process over 5,000 cards and custom emails and it has been a fairly seamless process.
